Marshmallow Insurance AVOID

Marshmallow Insurance has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was insured with them last year at the same address with no issues. This year, they demanded “proof of residency”, so I provided everything any normal insurance company would accept. I sent: - A bank statement - A DWP letter - My son’s driving licence - A council letter - A poll tax bill - A signed letter confirming I live with my son They rejected every single document, even though it clearly proves my address and household. They kept moving the goalposts and acting like they make their own rules. Despite giving them more evidence than any insurer has ever asked for, they cancelled my policy and are now trying to charge me £130. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Marshmallow are a law unto themselves. They ignore valid documents, treat customers with zero respect, and cancel policies for no reason. I’ve never experienced anything this ridiculous from an insurance company. Avoid Marshmallow at all costs. They waste your time, take your money, and then punish you for living with family.
