Cancellation costs are a joke

Sold the car a month after renewing insurance. They want £90 in fees plus £93 for 4 weeks insurance to cancle on a £30 per month policy. Discusting. Customer services were useless, there only responce was "we can refer you to debt recovery if that helps" Don't use them if your planning on changing your car. Reviewed on: 16th September 2026
