Really poor service.

Really poor service. I got a letter out of the blue stating my insurance policy had been cancelled as I had cancelled the direct debit. I had not done this but I had cancelled a new direct debit set up by a company I had never heard and did not agree to have it set up. Despite evidence the direct debit was still live they refused to listen and claimed my policy was ending shortly anyway, which it wasn’t. dont use this shambles of a company.
