Unhelpful call centre operators who work from a script.

Unhelpful call centre operators. No updates. very very slow to get anything done. It took weeks and weeks to get a curtesy car. I spent hours and hours on multiple occasions to get to speak to anyone who could offer any clue as to what was happening with my claim. The car eventually came back with a second rate repair Reviewed on: 29th September 2026
