Megan has fantastic customer service!

Megan has fantastic customer service abilities, was able to help me make payment today after a mishap with monthly automated payment due to ourselves - accidentally. Megan completely understood our reasoning and was joyful in her response and understanding. Also went further by adding an additional family member to speak on behalf of the policy owner in respect of supporting her which was welcomed. All in all an experience with ease and reassurance.
