Shocking service

Shocking “service”. Spent over an hour on their live chat trying to get a query resolved. Got passed from one person to the next and each of them giving me the same answer which was not helpful to my query. In the end they just ended the chat without asking and that was that. An hour wasted and still none the wiser regarding my query. Dreadful service, if I treated my clients like that I’d be bankrupt. But these big companies get away with it because there’s so many staff. Just hate how they get away with whatever and charge you £££££s for the pleasure. I’ll be taking my insurance elsewhere to a company that has better staff. Reviewed on: 5th October 2026
