Harassment of bereaved families

I would leave 0 if I could as their treatment of their customers and their relatives is terrible. Repeatedly sending out money owed letters to a deceased person and apparently not able to stop this process. Was told they've had many complaints about it and will probably get a lot more, yet do nothing about it. It's a simple enough IT issue to sort out and put a process on place. A horrible company to discuss things with. Stay well clear. Reviewed on: 5th October 2026
