Very disappointing experience

My experience with Allica Bank has been extremely frustrating. I’ve found their banking system difficult to use, and the customer service has fallen well below my expectations. When I need help, I expect clear answers and effective support. That has not been my experience. The combination of a frustrating system and poor customer service has left me with little confidence in the bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Allica Bank. They need to make substantial improvements to both their systems and the support they provide. Reviewed on: 5th October 2026
