A poor claims process with Eversure

Sadly, a really poor experience (so far) with Eversure… Like many, I purchased a Hire Car Excess Policy for travelling abroad. Unfortunately, I needed to make a claim owing to a car park bump on my hire car (the other driver failed to leave any details)… The claims process has been terrible… Really poor communication from the company, and the claims process is taking an age! I have now been waiting for over 4-weeks with little update throughout. Sadly, with the current service I have received, I couldn’t recommend Eversure to family and friends.
