Terrible. AVOID ! AVOID! AVOID!

Absolutely ghastly. They gave our son a car insurance policy, subject to a "black box" which is quite standard for young drivers. However, out of the blue they cancelled his policy, giving us one week to find a new one. Claiming he had speeded. But two of the instances were when he was overseas so their technology clearly does not work!! On top of this they did not offer a refund, even though the policy was only half way through the year and we had paid up front. That is quite clearly against FCA regulations. Fingers crossed the FCA and FOS will make sure we are made good and bring these bandits under control. Our attempts to deal with "customer service" were equally unpleasant. You don't want the same problems yourself. Give this a miss. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026
