Needed an update on my 5 yr cash isa.

Needed an update on my 5 yr cash isa. My initial contact ( mobile ) was answered promptly & my questions were answered with speed & efficiency. However towards the end of the call contact was lost with you entirely due to my mobile phone. I can’t remember the ladies name but she was very reassuring ( l was impressed).
