I was calling to make a new claim for a car wiper which damaged by someone. I was not sure about my insurance policy and i was asking to clarify my insurance policy. Initially I was talking to someone named ‘Sine Doa Doa’ (she confirmed her name), first of all she got silent time to time in a way I wasn’t sure whether she was gone or just hang off, and I had to say several times hello then she coming back and reluctantly saying she was still on the line. Then when i asked about calcification of my policy she said she did not know and she referred me to customer service. The customer service rudely talked to me and without listening to what my question was she said it was not customer service and I needed to talk to claim department. Again in claim department she said no it needed to be dealt with customer service, then put me on a hold and two people one from customer service and the other from claim department started to talk to me together. I said I could not talk to two people and I needed one person talking to me. Then customer service cut off the phone. Again the girl from claim department said she needed to refer me back to customer service. At the end when eventually I was talking to someone from customer service, I asked the girl to send me feedback link because I was so unsatisfied about how I was treated. She said at the end of the call there would be opportunity to give feedback but what do you think what she did?! She just cut off the phone. Very rude, unprofessional customer service plus the whole team in claim department. I will definitely cancel my insurance with you. You must be ashamed of how you run and treat your customers.
