Reasonable cost and straightforward claim

Got through a packed bank account. Reasonable cost to upgrade by adding pre-existing medical conditions. Had to make a claim following a severe reaction to a bite abroad and it was pretty easy to do over the phone and staff member was friendly and efficient Reviewed on: 12th October 2026
