No support for continued business

Disappointed that my renewal cost had gone up. I checked and for a new customer it was significantly less so I complained and cancelled the renewal.. someone advised that a member of the retention team would be in touch, they weren’t and I ended up purchasing as a new customer. Unfortunately, I struggle with ADHD and management so my insurance actually ran out before I purchased a new one.. but I just found the Customer Service team unhelpful unsupportive and not looking at retaining loyal customers Reviewed on: 13th October 2026
