Exorbitant insurance orices

Been with this insurance company for over 12 years haven't claimed for my dogs meds for over 6 months to save policy increase and only ever claimed once for a heart scan . Insurance has written to over £240 a month !! Even when you speak to an adviser they're not interested .wouldn't use this company they take your money but don't give the service if I had put this money into a bank over the past 12 years I would have had lots of money saved .don't touch this company !!!
