We have a couple of accounts with Saffron and have had a number of changes to Trustee and signatory. Sarah Atkins has been helpful from start to finish explaining what we need to do clearly and in a timely and professional manner. I have had the same problem with two other banks and they don't even come close to the professional attitude and customer care shown by Sarah and her team. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2026
