Problems with online account pasdcode

I didn't receive a passcode by text to my mobile. Tried 3 times and nothing came through. Phoned the helpline and spoke to Audrey Smith. She was friendly and very helpful. She phoned me back just as 3 passcodes came through! Having changed it to memorable data, Audrey changed it back and a new, 4th passcode worked. Audrey has excellent customer skills. Thank you!
