TOOK MY MONEY

TOOK MY MONEY . Painfully slow and severe lack of communication. Took my application fee and my £800 valuation fee after everything else was agreed PRIOR. Then told they couldn't value the property due to the holiday let. The reason we chose Stafford was thier ability to offer holiday let mortgages and we had been working on the application for over 3 months. Waited till they took my money and said the valuation was £0 Reviewed on: 22nd October 2026
