AVOID THEM What WW don't tell you is that most garages incl main dealers hate dealing with them. My experience with them which is ongoing is that they make the process as hard as possible, hidden behinf BS speak for how much they care. My claim is for three guide pulleys, around £30 each, as one linked claim and the otehr is a totally unrelated thing to do with the steering whyeel, cost over £3K. they are insisting that the claims (they count as 4 clams) are averaged out, ie average of £35+35+35+ £3000. And they are just being a nightmare to deal with. Avoid... find out how much the dealer is paying (if incl at purchase) and ask for the money off instead. My policy is Platinum Plus which dealer paid £2.5K for. All in all they make it a deeply unpleasant, stressful experience. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2026
