I am only giving 5 stars to Manish who actually completed my renewal and took me through all the steps. Previously on several calls, I had been left with no answers and the frustration that because I am doing maintenance work (which all landlords need to do), that this was delaying the response from Insurers. This meant that if they wouldn't Insure me I now had no time to find another insurer. I was bombarded with automatic reminders to renew, but the ball wasn't in my court. Thanks Manish for completing the job and not saying you would call me back and then not do so. Reviewed on: 24th October 2026
