Excellent service

I have just completed a remortgage and am delighted to report excellent service from the Vernon Building Society. The service was excellent. It was so refreshing to work with staff who knew what they were doing and did it pleasantly as well as efferently. You get through easily on the phone and talk to staff who know their job! A rare experience nowadays. No stupid mega corp or thinking AI can do everything. No arrogant solicitors who think they are very cleaver and are certainly not.
