My husband recently died and dealing with Virgin money bereavement was shockingly bad. Having got passed on the phone four times and 30 minutes later i was so upset I could not talk to anyone in the end out of frustration, completed online and without doubt the service received there after was the worst of any dealings with bank, building society or any organization. Dreadful and upsetting at a time when you just want compassion !!!!! Reviewed on: 26th October 2026
