Review of the Scottish Building Society, Savings:

Best Building Society for personal service

One of the best things is that you can always chat to a real person, not a bot!! It makes such a difference, and that person is at a local branch - such a rarity these days, and so appreciated. Shirley in the Inverness branch is very easy to speak with, and exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend both this building society and their staff - I have been a member for many years and always very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 27th October 2026
