An excellent mortgage company who goes the extra mile!

I had a mortgage for many years with Saffron Building society and stayed with them until I paid my mortgage off early last year. Throughout my time with them I appreciated the excellent customer service with local agents who were friendly and professional. The mortgage rates were always competitive and remortgaging for better deals every few years was highly supportive and easy to complete which is why I stayed with thus company. The literature I received was always accessible relevant and informative. Any concerns or issues were easily sorted out by friendly professional agents with excellent language skills.
