Helpful happy Staff....

Came in to deposit some cash and have my pass book made up, I was waiting but not for very long, a member of staff spotted me waiting and called me over, it's really nice to have staff that look to enjoy what their doing, some organisations where staff look at you like you are an interruption to their working day is unacceptable.
