Absolutely shocking customer service throughout the...

Absolutely shocking customer service throughout the company. Underpaid bonuses on my pension scheme twice so I've lost out on my annuity payments for life. On 8th October I was advised that a cheque would be issued for the shortfall. I've been chasing it up since via phone calls, email and finally a formal complaint. All have fallen on deaf ears and not even an acknowledgement of the complaint. Zero customer service skills and nobody seems to care. Avoid Reviewed on: 28th October 2026
