Appalling Mental Health Service Two Months No Treatment

Absolutely disgraceful service from Aviva. Over two months trying to access mental health treatment through their mandatory provider, Onebright, and still no suitable therapist or workable solution. Onebright drip-feeds unsuitable or unavailable therapists, creates endless delays and now refuses to source further compatible options. I have repeatedly asked Aviva to intervene, yet nothing has been resolved. Instead, they simply reiterate that I must remain on their mandatory pathway. How can Aviva claim to care about customers' mental health while failing to intervene when its own provider cannot deliver treatment? I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the bare minimum: access to the healthcare I am insured to receive. Aviva chose this provider. Aviva should take responsibility for its failures. Instead, customers are left fighting for the care they've paid for. Completely unacceptable. Reviewed on: 29th October 2026
