If I could leave a zero or negative review, I would.

If I could leave a zero or negative review, I would. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this absolute shambles of a company. I joined with the promise of 8p off a litre for 6 months, then a decreasing discount from that point forward. What actually happened, consistently charged above pump price, didn't make a difference if I did it chip and pin or swipe and sign. Charged for a carbon offset levy, ecopoint, and a zero liability option I didn't want, need or ask for. On top of all this, I was also charged a monthly service and convenience fee that was meant to be free for 6 months. In total I was overcharged approximately £300 by Allstar in less than 6 months. When notified about the issue and provided with email proof, invoices, garage receipts etc, they blamed me and denied the clearly provided evidence showing their incompetence and the to be waived charges. It's not worth me taking them to court, even though It would be an easy win as it would inconvenience me, cause unnecessary stress and aggravation and take up my time. Stay well clear, don't go with them, lots of far better fuel card providers out there Reviewed on: 1st November 2026
