Review of the Aviva, Home insurance:

Warning ! This may save you from severe stress.

Warning ! Do not take out any home insurance with Aviva /or UK digital online, this would include car insurance ! They outsource "ARC LEGAL" as there cronies to decline for legal expenses / or other, insurers use them inc direct line/ LV etc,they will not pay out on valid or genuine claims. The insurance home policy Aviva is not worth the paper its written on, they encourage legal fees ! we have full no claims history/car included and had both with them. ! Our freehold home has gone past the risk factor as 90,000 / 100.00 legal fees declined to fight our case! What was included/paid for ! Do not forget who pays there wages, both parties are running a business in order to profit on the expense of the consumer ! look at the stats millions , ! YOU ! Aviva appoint arc legal as there delegate, [ a trusted supplier they say ! this is a joke ! ] to make decisions. You are not the client ! Aviva are in this case ! As with many other insurers Aviva is the primary insurer and is responsible for selling you the policy/and legal expenses. So if Aviva agree with arc legal are the chosen delegate, then they must be aiding and abetting the final decision, which we can assume as fraud or obtaining money by deception, [ old school] ! is this legal? Dont ask them! Ask the CEO of Aviva , Amanda Blanc DBE . i cancelled all car polices / home insurance and now realized Aviva are taking over from greenflag breakdown cover ! oh dear , so cancelled them to! My advice, dont insure with Aviva car / or home , if you pick home/car insurance, enquiries -who does there legal expenses?, or if Mr arc is associated with them? do not trust, -[trust pilot as they write there own reviews]. Importantly if you have suffered the above, contact the FCA / FOS they must have that much paperwork on these, and other cases ,that they cannot see out of the office windows, this company together with there associates should be shut down by the regulator, so my advice again , stop feeding there habits, hope been of help, thank you for reading the essay.
