Lack of support.

A simple phone call to update my details and question why my direct debits are suddenly being returned. The lady answering the call spoke with a very heavy accent at an extreme speed and sounded totally disinterested as if she couldn't function without a script. I just needed assistance. I think I was informed that despite being an existing customer I had been refused credit against a credit check as if I was applying for a mortgage. Now I am waiting for a form to arrive Reviewed on: 3rd November 2026
