Review of the Scottish Building Society, Savings:

Well done Shirley at Inverness branch.

My query by phone was brilliantly dealt with by Shirley at Inverness Branch. It makes such a difference to have such a clear-spoken person on the other end of the phone, especially when one is older. She provided exactly what I wanted and will follow up by post. Full marks to Scottish Building Society. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2026
