Tim Randall is a credit to BBS.

Tim Randall is a credit to BBS. He steered me through the whole process with professionalism, excellent product knowledge, a brillant sense of humour and patience ( which he needed to deal with me and my questions & attention to detail). As a new customer, I felt valued and safe in my chosen product. He answered my questions honestly and on the very odd occassion that he wasn't able to answer my question immediately, made a point of finding the answer and getting back to me with a full explanation.
