When I phoned to update the valuations in my accounts this morning a lady named Lorraine Thomson answered. She was bright and bubbly in our conversation and then towards the end she paused for a couple of seconds and then gave me some positive advice regarding my Ida with SBC and I am going to use her advice and do what Lorraine suggested might be better for that account Reviewed on: 6th November 2026
