Best banking app for peace of mind

My son loved having his pre-paid bank card and kept it until he was 21. He had designed the card himself and was able to manage his own finances easily and clearly, while learning how to budget. My son could also earn extra pocket money by completing chores and tasks around the house or by walking the dog. My son was able to use his card in the high street, at a cash point and over the internet or online.. I could control spending allowances by capping how much money could be spent in one transaction.... Then when my son needed some extra money in an emergency, it was helpful that I could transfer some extra funds to his account in a matter of a few minutes.
