Very Responsive

Barclays are trying to be a good bank and they have introduced a fee account, Blue Rewards. It is surprising how quickly they mount up. The current account does not pay any interest, but they do have a range of saving accounts that pay interest. I feel secure when using their online banking and most transactions are quick and easy to complete. If you have a problem on the account, they are quick to respond by phoning you on the numbers your have given. If querying something online, they respond within a matter of days.
