Feeling abandoned

Natwest was once a great bank and I was proud to say I banked here as it offered a great service. Now the only service it offers its customers is what suits them. I originally joined Natwest as they were able to offer me a Saturday service which allowed my balance to update on this day, as well as withdraw money that was showing on my account, they have since stopped this. Natwest used to have a number of branches within a few mile radius, now I need to drive a minimum of 15 miles to get to my nearest branch. It's ok offering all these things on apps but what about the older generation that do not know how to use these apps? Natwest you have abandoned your customers and in doing so have lost the respect of many loyal customers. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019
