Excellent customer services when needing to alter car insurance cover.

I have held car insurance with Allianz for 3 years now. When I recently moved house I needed to update my policy and was told that my premium would increase because of the change in postcode. I queried this as I remained in the same village and the customer adviser was brilliant. He argued my point for me with the underwriters and I was able to keep my existing premium.
