Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Helpful service by real people

We switched our account to Metro because of the poor service given by our last bank. The area branch manager oversaw the move and even came to our offices to introduce himself, talk through the process and came along to meetings for us to sign any paperwork needed. The branch is manned by people rather than being entirely automated and our local manager is helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Online banking works well too. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Transparent, flexible and straight forward

The loan application procedure was extremely straight forward with clear information on the monthly repayment installments and interest charged. The dashboard on Zopa's website is incredibly clear, I can always check to see how much is outstanding and have been able to make a few additional payments to reduce the loan quicker.
