AEGON : They make it difficult for you to withdraw your pension pot by complicating the process and talking down at you. They ask you questions and if you don't answer properly they start all over again. Must be the most patronising and asinine method with robots employed, I have ever experienced in my long life.
Definitely keep away and invest your money where you will be treated like an adult customer. After all, they should be bending over backwards to please their customers, NOT IRRITATE THEM IN THE MOST CONDESCENDING WAY IMAGINABLE !!!
