When I transferred my money(to pay off a mortgage) the website should have mentioned any transfer over £100,000 will be subject to CHAPS & will not reach nominated account for 2 days,this caused issues with interest payable on late payment Reviewed on: 7th August 2023

My wife & I visited for her to open E-Saver & Regular Saver accts. Like. Friendly staff. Dislike. Col bch closed Fri's & Wed's. My wife works Mon-Thur. Please revise. Also the reception desk is open plan - no privacy to discuss anything. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023
