Failed to open new online account Thurs; gave up after 7 attempts; your form kept changing my answers to incorrect ones, eg chose 'yes' for being a member, your form kept changing it to 'no' . Succeeded Fri but still waiting acceptance. Reviewed on: 27th March 2023
