The phone service I received from Nicola was excellent. However, prior to that, I was extremely disappointed to have the postal application forms returned to me, simply because one box had not been filled in, due to unclear instructions. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

The only reason that I wouldn't recommend Saffron Building Society to my family is because they all live in Wales or Canada. If they lived in Essex it would be a different story. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

In branch experience was very good. Received confirmation of savings deposit through the post - the certificate did not detail the fixed rate of interest on the account. Would have liked to have confirmation of this, can this be sent? Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
