only comment - I didn't feel it was clear on the paperwork that the offer was time sensitive ie had to be accepted in x weeks. I only saw information to make the switch x weeks before the end of our current product for it to be active. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

The problem. I wanted to transfer money. The website was being revised and therefore not initallyavailable on 01 02 23. Seemed a strange time - first of a month to restrict access, and also a Wednesday when staff not available until 09.30. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
