Please keep this 0800 service available. Many building societies have dispensed with personal service, even for complex enquiries. Not everyone has technology they can use or in a secure environment. I particularly hate chat bots. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I feel that someone should have been in an office to sit down with me and do the paperwork. Going backwards and forwards to the cashier and having to queue again was not good customer service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
