It is so important to be able to trust one's bank and to rely on a friendly and efficient response to any queries, both of which, in my view, is experienced with Triodos Bank. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Trustworthy and efficient

I have been a Triodos bank customer since it started in the UK because of its positive ethics and principles, particularly its using money for social benefit. I chose the Triodos Current Account especially because I wanted such an account that I could trust the bank would continue to deliver its aims to support social projects that are positive for the community at large.
