Good service, ethical banking!

Whilst I had some problems transferring my account direct debits, this was all sorted. Pleased to be banking ethically and yet still having a good app and online service. Phone support is excellent too. No regrets and great that my money is doing some good too. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Good banking, great that it's ethical too

Great customer service, great to receive info on the difference they are making locally, nationally and globally. All banks should be like this! Not quite as user friendly as the most popular retail banks, but pretty close. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
