I trust Triodos and value their service

I trust Triodos to make ethical decisions with money but I also enjoy their app, their service to ensure that if you are spending money out of character they will check with you that it is you and your intention and their honesty about the cost of running an account. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical, safe and convenient

I joined Triodos because of their ethical stance and view of how money should work in society, it has proved to be a good decision on a more practical level too. My money is accessible in all the ways that we expect, a good app and website that work together well. My money feels safe as if I do an unusual transaction there is a check and balance from the bank to make sure it is legitimate. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

at last a bank I trust!

Where we put our money, what we buy, who we buy from, who looks after it when we are not using it is a powerful vote! It is like a vote over and over again. enormously powerful; and it is proportional representation so every vote counts! I trust Triodos to take this seriously and put this consideration at the top of their list on my behalf. I know they are ethical to the core, not just a green wash. Their customer service has been very good, I have had nothing but help and good advice from them. I like their on line banking and their banking app is so convenient; (my daughters this so too!)
