Switched from a big high street bank - very happy with the result.

Switching to Triodos was easy and quick - very happy with the process. A few teething issues with the account to start with - unable to make online payments to certain providers. I raised this with the customer service team and found it quickly resolved so I now have all the functionality of my previous account, but with an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
