Review of the Barclays, Travel Insurance:

Complaint process non existent

I have currently had cause to start a formal complaint process with Aviva who administer travel insurance with our Barclays account. Despite writing to them 3-4 weeks ago with all my concerns and a follow up email to my contact at Aviva, I have heard nothing. I am disgusted with their lack of customer service.
