Friendly and efficient

We remortgaged with the Scottish Building Society and found the process quick while being kept up to date throughout. The application process was smooth and I've had follow up calls and letters to make sure all has been ok. We had to get our own solicitor to complete the conveyancing but this wasn't really a problem, just something we haven't experienced with a remortgage before. SBS paid for most of the solicitor fees which was helpful. Reviewed on: 15th May 2023
